Steam uhh deposits (I suck at chemistry stuff) into ice at maybe 32F and the right pressure conditions.
I think it's either sublimation or the other one
Sublimation is solid -> gas, like dry ice does at avg room temp/pressure. Somehow that's the one I actually remember lol
