AMD also has Israeli investments. There's not really any safe purchases with tech products, which sucks. At least their Linux drivers don't suck.
Buy second hand. Use your electronics for as long as you can, and use and advocate for software that takes limited ressources. It's quite complicated, but feasible.
2nd hand is a big gamble with GPUs though.
