In the new book *The Art of Star Wars: The Acolyte, *a scene that has been long speculated about, but never confirmed to have existed, has been revealed: a kiss between protagonist Osha (Amandla Stenberg) and antagonist Qimir (Manny Jacinto).
The writing was so lazy, as was the overall story arch. The flashback episode killed it for me. I was already ready to drop it, but hoping that there'd be something in there to keep me going. Nope. Nothing.
For all its flaws, the Book of Boba Fett kept me coming back each episode.
I'd rather watch the Holiday Special 8 times in a row.
