As they ignore that it seems like that agent was pistol whipping him in the face.

The word "seems" there is doing a lot of heavy lifting.

The asshole pistol whipping that man had a negligent discharge while pistol whipping the victim and then his trigger happy fascist buddy heard the shot and dumped 7 rounds into the prone and defenseless human that was just murdered.

This is why "training" won't improve anything. Violence is their only recourse.

I agree, but FYI I wasn't trying to contort talking points by saying 'seems'. I just hadn't had time to watch the video with 100% attention to say that was happening for sure. Obviously the person is, after taking another look.

Oh, I am attacking the notion of plausible deniability that bad faith actors can use to twist the meaning of "seems" or "alleged" is all. You are 100% correct in using the word seems from an initial impression or viewing. I'm just trying to prepend the "they feared for their lives" argument that will inevitably come from the far right.

Yeah, Fox News is apparently saying DHS told them he had a gun so that is going to be the only thing they're going to want to talk about, archived every video of this you can because they are going to try to drown out what actually happened here
