It's the dunk tank.

This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

Rule 1: All posts must include links to the subject matter, and no identifying information should be redacted.

Rule 2: If your source is a reactionary website, please use archive.is instead of linking directly.

Rule 3: No sectarianism.

Rule 4: TERF/SWERFs Not Welcome

Rule 5: No ableism of any kind (that includes stuff like libt*rd)

Rule 6: Do not post fellow hexbears.

Rule 7: Do not individually target other instances' admins or moderators.

Rule 8: The subject of a post cannot be low hanging fruit, that is comments/posts made by a private person that have low amount of upvotes/likes/views. Comments/Posts made on other instances that are accessible from hexbear are an exception to this. Posts that do not meet this requirement can be posted to !shitreactionariessay@lemmygrad.ml

Rule 9: if you post ironic rage bait im going to make a personal visit to your house to make sure you never make this mistake again

It's genuinely baffling to me. What do those people think socialism is? I thought they were anprims or something, but no, that's something else.

Like how does a complex society supposed to work if something as simple as having to make a dinner for fellow workers is categorically considered exploitation?

Restaurants as they exist now sure as hell better not exist under my fully automated luxury gay space communism, but they will sure as hell exist. Cooking is fun. Cooking for other people is fun. Cooking in a restaurant, and even FOH in one would probably be fun as hell if it weren't for the capitalist power dynamics at play.

~~They're upset that they wouldn't be able to shit on minimum wage workers anymore.~~

Did the lib thing of not checking context first. The argument presented is essentially that no one wants to be a wage slave, which is true. They just can't imagine a better version of things.

I pity the :LIB:

Wait, I dug further into the twitterer, and now I'm seeing them say anarchists need to read Marx? And that succdems are just libs? I am very, very confused.

Gonna just assume they're a very good wrecker and shut off the part of my brain that cares about tweeters' political stances (at least until the next post)

Folks are having a stupid circle-jerk here and ignoring that there's actually a developed literature on the question of restaurants that is relevant to this discussion. The tweeter isn't wrecking anything. This entire post is just silly campist dunking on an ancom.
