Russian President Vladimir Putin has received an invitation to join the U.S.′ “Board of Peace” for Gaza, the Kremlin said Monday.

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow would study the details of the proposal to join the peace council created by U.S. President Donald Trump late last year.

I don't get it. I suppose it's from 1984; what was minilove and how does it relate to the headline?

In 1984, it is revealed that the "ministries of" are not ironic nor accidental - they did not become twisted versions of their namesakes. They are so named to intentionally destroy the thing they are named after.
