The newest Ideapad Slim 5 16" AMD ticks all of those boxes.
Only exception is ethernet port but it has everything else AFAIK.
You know, ethernet on USBC is not the worst thing. I am a little worried about the videocard though.
The Ideapad Pro 5 has an RTX 5050 option however you lose the upgradable RAM.
We're running on lenovo legion in the office, you can have your cake and eat it too, but even with massive batteries you can hardly get through a meeting without power.
I procure my own stuff so I'm on an acer zenbook duo with two 16x9 screens, when the keyboard is on it, it looks like a t-500, runs linux a champ tho
