I love these sorts of "by year X" grifts. When they were figuring out - you know they debated making the year 2036 but they decided that 10 years was too far away. 2031 is a nice round number so I assume some of the guys pushed for that year but maybe this happened...
"2031? That sounds fake and made up. Just five years? How about 2033?"
"Nah. It needs to be sooner so we can get that money. 2032? Sounds good to me."
And a third guy says "Yeah, 2032. Goldilocks Zone..."
