Is it just me, or was every single one of these women more attractive before surgery?
I'd go with "less ugly".
It’s a specific look that screams “I have money” and in this particular social circle that matters a lot.
Surgery? I thought these were PSAs for severe allergic reactions.

Definitely. I'm just how much time has passed between these photos though, so they have definitely gotta older.
