Rule 2026 of the Internet, if it's static cam footage and it's showing something interesting, there's a 95% chance it's AI

[–] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 18 points 2 days ago (1 children)

But 80% of statistics are just made up on the spot, so where does that leave us?

Let's see, 95% minus 80%, carry the two, the answer must be 42!

But the internet keeps telling me that it is 69, for some odd reason?

So everyone is wrong then?

My calculator says that you are "wrong" as well - it gives me additional significant figures. 🤪

(And 69! is... well... on a whole other level:-P Like 171122452428141311372468338881272839092270544893520369393648040923257279754140647424000000000000000)

I hear tell from the youths that it's six seven.

[–] OpenStars@piefed.social 4 points 2 days ago (1 children)

And now the newest trend is 41 - no cap skibidi rizz, fr fr!

[–] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I unironically find skibidi toilet hilarious. It's even funnier after watching many of them and discovering all the world building and lore built into the silly concept.

Isn't skibidi, rizz etc. More gen z than alpha? I feel like 6-7 is more of a gen alpha thing.

[–] OpenStars@piefed.social 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

True (no cap), fr fr. I mixed together my generational slang. :-P

I can dig that, daddio. Youz still a hep cat.

[–] Rothe@piefed.social 1 points 1 day ago

Steadily going towards 99,9%.

[–] BassTurd@lemmy.world 32 points 2 days ago (2 children)

I heard that wolves will draw pet dogs away from their homes to isolate them and hunt them. If that's true, then I don't think that we want this picture to be real.

[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmy.today 19 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I prefer to believe that the little guy runs the pack. You don't want to ask what he did to earn their respect.

Don't look him in the eye, he REALLY hates that

[–] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 10 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Maybe they just want Taco Bell?

[–] tigeruppercut@lemmy.zip 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Sí. Ellos quieren Taco Bell.

Ha ha ha ha. "El Niño is Spanish for... 'The Niño!'"

[–] FiniteBanjo@feddit.online 21 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Yeah, I think most people underestimate how vicious animals can be.

[–] very_well_lost@lemmy.world 24 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Yeah, that Chihuahua would throw hands without a second thought

[–] FiniteBanjo@feddit.online 10 points 2 days ago

Meals on Wheels

[–] Hamartia@lemmy.world 14 points 2 days ago

Yeah, I think most people underestimate how ~~vicious~~ hungry wild animals can be.

[–] BranBucket@lemmy.world 11 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Yeah, we've got a Chihuahua and for his sake I wanted it to be real, but there's about zero chance wolves would put up with one.

[–] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 19 points 2 days ago (1 children)

They'll not only tolerate them, but they and coyotes will also actively seek out small dogs and invite them to dinner back at their place.

[–] Tetsuo@jlai.lu 8 points 2 days ago (1 children)

How can you type with those big wolf paws?

By using my freakishly long, hairless, digits, including my opposable thumbs, just like every other human person. I'm definitely not a wolf using howl-to-text.
