I absolutely hate it. I just want to BE but that is impossible because we've turned modern life into an insufferable game.
I want to work a reasonable amount, and have enough time and money to create for my own pleasure if I so choose. I don't even mind content creation in theory, I see it no different from writing or doing art. It's the constant pursuit of more, more, more, both status and money, that gets to me. I want freedom, security, and comfort.
Yeah I mean if that's what people enjoy I'm not going to yuck anyone's yum (to a point), as long as they are not pestering people around them. Unfortunately that's what gets clicks a lot of times, so you have these people creating these situations, harassing people at home and in foreign countries, creating all this fake drama between themselves. Yes I just wish more people would be happy with what they have and appreciate the things and people around them more (myself included.) All the flaunting and celeb worship is gross. Also the whole grind mindset, that's great if you enjoy it but I certainly don't have that energy and when people belittle other people for being lazy or whatever, it's not even like that, I work very hard when I need to.
Unfortunately, you can only have one of these at a time

if it's any consolation, this bubble with burst soon and most of these types will be too distressed working an actual job to bother chasing the rat-race
