The man is Flavio Briatore, he's been managing Renault / Alpine's F1 team since I can remember on and off. So yeah, he's rich. The girl, I would guess is his GF at the time this meme was made around 15 years ago or so...

He dated Naomi Campbell for years. She really like his per$onality.
Did he give her millions of dollars to do things like what she's doing in that picture? Can't imagine why she would do that without some sort of monetary exchange.
Flavio Briatore, famously "dated" Naomi Campbell and got kicked out of F1 after ordering a driver to intentionally crash.
Lucky for fat rich guys there is no shortage of gold digging whores.
