Yea... There is no comparison between Elvis or Bowie vs. fucking Robert Van Winkle. XD
His era was before and he's still being talked about right now, I think that alone is proof.
He's an eternal VH1 "We ❤️ the 90s" one-hit-wonder, it's definitely not the same thing as the impact Elvis and Bowie made on music and culture more broadly.
No, of course not, but relevant all the same.
He wasn't really relevant in his own Era. Had one single and then was a joke.
