I always call mine "bro" or "my son". Rarely do I ever actually say his name lol.

I'm not good with nicknames. I call mine either "boy," "my boy," "squishy," "swishy," "lovey." My wife calls him "perfect angel baby." She's better at nicknames than I am. ๐Ÿ™‚
