We can't harm or kill anyone, but we have a biological imperitive to spread our virus which kills 10% of people it infects

I can sort of understand how that logic makes sense from an alien virus' perspective. Like, us spreading is just part of nature, but once the spreading is complete we can't consciously do harm to any other lifeforms.
