Am lizard-blooded.

Temps below ~60°F/15°C cause actual, physical pain. My joints hurt, my bones hurt, the air is usually drier which makes it hard to breathe, and my muscles tense trying to brace myself against the cold.

Yes, I stretch. Yes, I wear layers. Yes, I take prescribed vitamin D. I still hurt and I still deal with pretty bad seasonal depression. That’s why I’m happy at 90°F/32°C; it stops hurting.

Aw, I'm sorry. I get nauseous and weird prickly skin along with sweating almost literal buckets when it's too warm, so I guess I do feel you on a conceptual level, at least, even if it's the reverse for me.
