I rode my bike 50 miles one day. Usually rode my bike about 20 miles a day so I wasn't exactly out of shape but 50 miles resulted in agonizing ass soreness. Getting home the last 10-20 miles was just pure _______ (insert an adjective of your choice). Suggest preparing in advance to prevent agonizing saddle soreness.

The most I've done on my bike is about 60 km in a day, two days in a row. It rained the entire first day, but it was still rather enjoyable. And I didn't get any ass sores.
