I don't recall ever having French toast made with mayo, onion, and celery. Nor have I put sugar and nutmeg in an egg salad.
What about cinnamon?

I also forgot that my egg salad doesn't have milk in it, either.

I mean there is bread and egg, but then the similarities differ a lot.

I usually put the (powdered) sugar on afterwards.
Egg, cinnamon, bit of milk, and a splash of vanilla for me.
Still definitely not a good egg salad though.
