We already have a few hires with no fundamentals and now im seeing in the repos master_1 and master_2 and im dying internally. Not even basic git skills just pure unadulterated slop and breaking prod then running out the office and leaving me to fix it
Why the fuck can't I get hired
When i say hires i mean offshore contractors we dont hire anyone else and havent for years. Permanent employees are being cut off slowly one by one.
When i was looking for jobs i was told they would hire me but only as a contractor
