It really is a much better way to cook it. That looks great amigo, I hope it was delicious.

I have started fully breaking is down and separating the wings and drums, then spatchcocking the rest so I can get each part cooked just to their respective done-ness. It also helps it fit in my grill...

I cook everything on a 22" Weber, this pretty much maxed it out. I will probably break it down a little more next year, legs at least
