The cases are already cropping up, it's a matter of time before any of those lawsuits begin to bear meaningful fruit. By that time, though, so many lives are going to be ruined due to a those who let this genie out of the bottle without the correct restrictions or decades of research and development. These chuds will still be laughing their way to the bank, because America doesn't hold the rich accountable in most circumstances.
