That's e: 155cm and 150cm in normal units

General rule: add the digits and times by 30, and minus 30

5'1 = ((5+1)*30) - 30= 150cm
4'11 = ((4+11)*30) - 30 = 304cm

Just remember that an inch is 2,54 cm and there a dozen inches in a foot.
