I don't have a set of rules for movies I want to watch. I don't watch every movie, and the last few years I mostly prefer to see a TV show.

But Oscar movies have disappointed me too many times. Maybe my expectations were too high. But now I know why the quality of Oscar movies declined: they haven't watched them.
