For the Iranian burger you replace the hamburger with a deep fried kotlet made with a bunch of onion and maybe a homeopathic amount of safron just so you can say it's in there.
Somehow you gotta add parsley or delal sauce. You don't need both but you do need one of them. Either you add some parsley to the kotlet, or you do like a salad mix with parsley or you try and use delal sauce as a burger condiment.
Edit: And the answer for China is just roujiamo
I swear, every time I come on this site, one of you comrades is making some type of Middle Eastern food sound so bloody good in some random post.
