I did this to the USA for the FP5 a while back. It worked out fine. Just make sure you've got a carrier that supports it in your area and you're fine I'm sure.

Are you just out of luck if you need warranty service?

I'm in the US too and I'd love to get a Fairphone when my S22 Ultra stops getting updates in a year. I visit Europe once or twice a year, so acquiring the phone would be easy, it's just the lack of warranty coverage in the US that would make me hesitate.

You do not need to import the Fairphone if youโ€™re in the US.

I'm not sure why I keep seeing this? I ordered ab fp6 directly from their USA site and it arruved in a week or so. I now have a 5 from clove and a 6 from murena. Typing this on a 6.

The US isn't listed as a country Fairphone ships to when you try to check out on their website.

I wasn't aware that they sell their /e/OS phones in the US through Murena with the extended warranty, so that's good to know.
