That's literally just fruity language knowing full well liberals will fucking hate him because he disagrees with them at a spiritual level on almost every single topic.
The dude doesn't filter himself for you and leans into the fact he knows you'll hate him anyway. If you've ever wondered why the working class turns away from liberals it's because they can feel the classism permeating every conversation you have with them, although most of the time they'll communicate it as "elitism". You know how poc can tell when they're speaking to a racist through various cues and feelings without any overt direct racism occurring? Well it's the same for classism.
