Researchers took 44 men and gave either plant-protein or animal-protein supplements for 12 weeks while strength training. There was no statistical difference in muscle strength or mass between groups (www.tandfonline.com)

I don't care if girls want to be with me. I want to be as stronger than I was last week. It's something in my life I can work towards that I actually have control over.
