RULES

  1. Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
  2. Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
  3. Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
  4. Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on !goodoffmychest@lemmy.world
  5. Keep it clean and SFW
  6. No solicitation such as ads, promotional content, spam, surveys etc.

Antivaxxers everywhere will be disappointed to know I'm still just fine, do not get 5G, have no nanobots or microchips, and am full of spicy memes to make fun of them with. Go get your shots.

The only vaccine that's ever bothered me in any way is the shingles vaccine but it just made me tired and achy for a week. Which is still 10 million times better than shingles. Even antivaxxers should get the shingles vaccine because shingles in your eye which blinds you really, really sucks.

I had shingles before I could get the vaccine and you betcha I got it asap once I was "old enough". I might have been able to get it a bit earlier having had it. I get sore arms and some fatigue with vaccines often enough that I try to get them on friday evenings or saturday morning.
