Piggybacking on this good comment. The handful of doctors and counselors I've met always say an addiction is defined as something that impedes other areas/responsibilities of your life. If you are consistently skipping important things like taking care of children, going to work/school, basic hygiene because you can't stop playing roblox.. then that is an addiction.
