It's News because it's not just them yelling at clouds. This is a very common conservative tactic. They're not speaking to you. They're speaking to the lone wolves out there that they want to take action. This is how the KKK talks to its young members too. In the hopes that they will go out and shoot people. You being nihilistic doesn't mean that's not news.

News serves to inform people of current events,, regardless of if it's predictable or not.

Would you rather the news not report on predictable things? For example, when the Republicans continue cutting taxes for the wealthy, just not report it since it's so predictable?
