I just want a sequel to Bf2142.
I would make an exception and buy that shit day one.
BF2142 was the goat. I loved the Titan mode there. They teased a sequel in BF3 but it never materialized. If they were to make it now, it would be a no-go for me, because of the invasive anti-cheat that wouldn't run on Linux.

I have fond memories of player-made maps and mods for BF2 - the most memorable of them was a complete custom complete overhaul map/game based off of the band The Beatles, where i can only assume the creator was inspired to make during an intense acid trip.
