Slop aside, who the fuck wants to live in these theme parks?
Let's say the houses and urban design are good and nice, but still, why building a theme-park neighborhood? Influences and inspirations are good, but c'mon

This. When my mind goes to China it goes to the people and the history and wanting to be a part of that, not live in fucking apartheid disney land.

It is. Their existence is there so chinese people can take braggable pictures without flying to europe.
