I genuinely believe that in order for the world to improve the west needs to lessen it's grip and it's influence globally (doing that itself pretty well so far) and lose the throes of resource extraction and soft power that is used to exploit the global south. The dangerous part is how much the U.S is gonna lash out as it loses it power.
Yes, the only path forward is the rest of the world moving ahead without us, it’s the best outcome.
