Yeah, the executive branch isn't supposed to be able to do anything without legislation, meaning unless there was an actual designation of Kid Rock as something that is legally banned, it was just them doing their stupid tweet stuff. Now if Newsome stated he has evidence that Kid Rock was part of Antifa, and was putting out an arrest warrant in his state, that would be another story

Most of the shocking stuff you've heard about is just tweet-deep posturing. The real damage is caused by subtle changes to laws that no one is paying attention to.
