Americans told me their military would never turn on civilians all the time. Well, reddit did to be clear when I still used it.

I guess they couldn't imagine the good guys all getting replaced first. So naive.

That was always contingent on the brass not being treasonous shitbags. The rank-and-file were always a lost cause, because they run shit like FOXNews 24/7 in the public areas.
