Sorry, he spray painted cameras, took off the scuba gear, tied up the employees and left all in under two minutes? That doesn't seem realistic.

I believe the two minutes is the time he was in the office. He dropped his gear outside, spent two minutes inside securing them and grabbing the cash, then went back out to don his gear.
