Personally, I do not think hate speech has any protections... so all the hot garbage Kirk used to spew does not count as speech... he was constantly attacking people and inciting violence which eventually caught up to him
It absolutely does. You cannot even murder them for inciting violence. It's a prison term.
I'm not passing any moral judgment here. But understand what you're saying. That would be illegal and their hate speech is absolutely protected.
