It will be crushed by the lower courts, the libs will do a victory lap, then it will go up to the Supreme Court who will uphold it. You can’t cast spells against the state, the law is made up and they can do whatever the fuck they want.

Even if the SC somehow didn’t uphold this, what are they going to do when Trump goes ahead and does it anyway? Power grows out of the barrel of a gun, not a judge’s mouth.
