Is there a way to block posts from specific lemmy communities? I want to browse “All” without having to worry about porn showing up

Just block the communities. It should be in one of the hamburger menus after you click on the community page. You can also block individual users.

There's also an option to hide nsfw from your feed, then it's down to mods to make sure everything labeled appropriately.
