It's marginal gains all the way here but genuinely if you're an omnivore the E-Bike might work out more enviromentally conscious

I'll bite. Curious to know how pedalbikes have more footprint, along with the horse comparison. I suppose people are driving to bike trails or something like that?

Been so in love with my commuter ebike, really trying to be a sort of living by example ambassador to others, showing them anyone could do it.

Meat and Cheese has quite the carbon footprint and while a bicycle is really good as per energy conversion, meat and cheese just ain't

I was still confused until I realized that you were talking about food as fuel. Seeing food compared with literal fuels is very unusual for me.
