Yeah, that one's pretty ridiculous! Honestly, sonic weaponry... sounds like the scary "Soviet Superscience" in old Cold War films! And they're still blaming Russia, even post '91. Even when there's actual commies readily at hand to blame, and an excuse to blame Cuba for something. Yep, that's the good shit when it comes to US propaganda. Classic cartoonish Cold War garbage! God, I miss that shit being everywhere. But that's probably a monkey's paw wish, it's funny in moderation but less so when it's constant.
