Rimworld is so open yet introducing the option of a non-binary gender breaks almost every romance mod and changing the gender of a pawn is literally impossible without either character editor mods or specialized dysphoria / trans mods
Call me petty and immature but I have a private mod for myself that adds Chud factions into the games that exist entirely just to get killed and turned into human leather or fed to colony animals.
