This is only about a half-step removed from the shit garden-variety liberals say about Russian and Chinese people.
A lot of western libs want this sort of "race science" stuff to be true because it lets them be condescending to the "lesser races" without feeling guilty about it, and as the west moves further and further into a post-truth society, the more this shit will come back in vogue, though now with shitty video game mechanics added.
Yeah, ppl will notice the shittiest little "difference" of their neighbour but will summarise all of the people on anther continent in one stereotype (& their head starts to hurt if there are two or more stereotypes applicable).
