This is just particularly mask off regular liberalism. Look at how the average liberal talks about Russia in the context of the war in Ukraine, ans they all have this thought in their mind. The only acceptable outcome of the war is the absolute and utter genocide of Russians as a culture and a country for the average lib.
The genocide "of the culture" feels like a fig leaf tbh.
