My glorious homeland Spain 10th position on the list, famously not having political prisoners from the Catalonian and Basque independence movements, or threatening a trans woman with jail for tweeting a joke about a murdered fascist minister from the 70s (the joke was funny too). The socdems didn't even fucking repeal the so-called "mouthgag law" implemented during right wing party rule that severely reduced the rights of protesters and made police violence so much easier.
