On the "inverse" dating sim thing:
I've always loved twists on the usual goal of a game genre while still using the same mechanics.
I'm also a giant romance fan. I literally mod !otomegames@ani.social, a genre basically about getting a girl into a romance with a guy from the girl's POV. I am also asexual (no sexual attraction to anyone) and I support aromantic (no romantic attraction to anyone) representation. I like reading Reimu in romances, I'm also happy to see her uninterested in romance and not made out to be bad for that.
A then there's me. Fully on board with slop like Huniepop and Subverse (I play it for the hilarious writing, I swear). Panzermadels is another that throughouly entertained.
The anti-dating sim sounds like it has just as much potential for hilarity.
On dating sims in general, I'm looking forward to Date Everything. Looks like another one that will be full of laughs.
