I'm ugly with hair, losing it won't make me that much uglier.
eh you probably look fine. imo very few people are actually “ugly”
As of this writing, most research on physical attractiveness (and other measures of attractiveness) that I have read shows normal distributions in its samples.
So about ⅙ of people are ugly if that adjective means 'one standard deviation below'.
