Wtf does THAT actually mean irl? Irpeople... irl living on Cuba?

It's propaganda and it's being disseminated by people FRIENDLY to Cuba? Hence "STFU".

Ps. The word 'beggar' is a pretty loaded way of describing panhandling, and indicates a certain Desperation that ISNT apparent, and fwiw, as a radical nonconsumerist, I think Poverty is a much abused word, indicating MATERIALIST worldview.
