The capital letters imply "1488" and the post is 14 words long, both of which are well-known nazi dog whistles.

I think we can safely conclude that Homeland Security are deliberately sending Nazi dogwhistles on their social media.

Yeah because great man theory isnt reality and material conditions would have given rise to a nazi-esque party anyways.
