Biden used tariffs pretty liberally and incentivized domestic manufacturing as well - entirely at odds with neoliberal economics. Even so, American post-pandemic recovery was the envy of the world.

If you look at the growth of hamburger sales from March 28 2023 to March 30 2023, you will find a whopping 6% increase, thus proving that same 6% increase in the wider economy, it's basic American economics!
